Ideally at least 2 months in advance, we do tend to book up quickly through the Summer months.

CAN I LAYBUY MY WEDDING FLOWERS?
Currently laybuy doesnt offer laybuy purchases over $1250. If you wish to discuss a payment payment plan please contact our team and we can discuss the options avaliable.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR SETUP AND INSTALL OF FLOWERS?

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY THE FINAL AMOUNT DUE?
1 week prior to your Wedding date.
WHAT DEPOSIT AMOUNT DO I NEED TO PAY TO SECURE OUR DATE/ORDER?
A $500 deposit can be paid to secure your date with us. To confirm your quote we require 25% of that amount.
DO YOU PROVIDE VASES ARCH FRAMES ETC, IF SO IS IT INCLUDED OR IS IT A SEPARATE COST?
Yes, we have a large custom range of props which are included in our pricing and are not available unless you book BLUSH as your florist.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF AUCKLAND?
Yes, we travel NATIONWIDE.
IF MY FLOWER CHOICE IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME, WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY ORDER?
We substitute with a flower that best suits/replaces the flower not available.
IF MY WEDDING IS CANCELED, IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
We are unable to refund deposits.
HOW DO WE ENSURE OUR FLOWERS ARE KEPT FRESH AND WILL LOOK GOOD FOR MY DAY?
We deliver the florals fresh the day of your wedding water wrapped to ensure they stay as fresh as possible.

Yes, we can deliver within 2 hours.
DO YOU DELIVER NATION-WIDE?
We do not deliver flowers nationwide, but we do for all out gifts.

WILL MY BOUQUET LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE?
We use seasonal fresh flowers and will substitute any flowers out of season for as close a match as we can get for both style and tone.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We have a studio and event space located at 1 Cascade st, Freemans bay, Auckland, 1011.
HOW LONG DO FLOWERS LAST?
It does depend on the flower variety as some are hardier than others, but we always endeavour to send the freshest products possible so that they last as long as possible. Flowers are best kept out of sunlight in a cool space. Trim the stems and refresh the water daily.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ADDRESS IS RURAL?
“RD” stands for rural delivery, so if an address includes this it will be a rural address.

DO YOU CHARGE CORKAGE?
We do not charge a cockage fee.
DO YOU SUPPLY GLASSWARE?
No, but we can very easily arrange for you.

No we don’t at present, but you are welcome to bring in your own system.

Yes, we do.
WHAT IS THE PAX FOR THE VENUE?
80 seated. 120 standing.
IS THERE A SMOKING AREA?
Yes, in our wee courtyard.
ARE THERE PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
No - we suggest you grab an UBER, as parking on the street is very limited.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DAMAGE THE SPACE?
You will be charged for any damages to the building or fittings/ furniture.
DO YOU ALLOW ANIMALS IN THE SPACE?
Sorry, unfortunately you have to leave your fur babies at home.
CAN WE SELL ALCOHOL AT THE VENUE?
Sorry, No. We are not licenced to allow the sale of liquor
DO YOU, SUPPLY STAFF?
Yes, we will have a member of the BLUSH team onsite. However, We don’t supply waitstaff and the like, but can arrange if need be.
DO I NEED SECURITY?
This is up to you and the requirements of your event.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FLORIST?
Of course not! Get in touch to discuss your floral requirements.
WHAT IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR OUR EVENT?
WHAT ARE THE RULES AROUND NOISE CONTROL?
No, there is not. Blush on cascade is a private residence (not a night club). Any entertainment is to finish at midnight. Volume levels are at the discretion of the management and as a guideline should not exceed 85dB. Restriction of noise level is a requirement of our Resource Consent with limits of 40dB at our boundary.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT? NO.

DO YOU HAVE DISABILITY ACCESS?
We don't have an easy access, there are 3 steps to get up to the front door.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS WHEN BOOKING THE SPACE?
Full payment for venue hire, including the bond will secure your booking for BLUSH ON CASCADE.
WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY FOR MY EVENT?
In the event of a cancellation or postponement the Venue Hire Fee is 100% transferable at the same value to any date 12 months in advance as available at the time of application. No refunds of the Venue Hire Fees will be paid, as your agreement to rent blush on cascade on this date may cause the loss of additional bookings or business.
